Ingredients

Hops fresh-dried blossom (Humulus lupulus), Valerian fresh root (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower fresh flower tops (Passiflora incarnata), Skullcap fresh flowering herb (Scutellaria laterifolia), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Suggested Use

Shake well. Take 30 to 60 drops (1 to 2 droppersful) as needed before bedtime. Can take another dosage if you wake in the middle of the night. Can take directly in mouth or with water, juice, or tea.
